We have been fostering this sweet little girl that we rescued from the street. She is not microchipped or spayed. She has been to the veterinarian and is vaccinated and didn't seem to have any illnesses they were aware of. She will need to be spayed 30 days after she is adopted as will be in the contact unless we can get her spayed first. She is still very young. The vet said under 2 years old. She is the sweetest girl in the world. She is a little timid with loud noises and quick movements but that will fade with time as it has already gotten so much better in the short time we've had her. She has shown no aggression at all with anyone. Not with me, my son, my dog or my cats. However, I have not left them alone together but I don't think she has an aggressive bone in her body. We are working with her on leash training as she is not used to being on a leash. She likes to chew but hasn't chewed on anything she isn't supposed to. However, I have not left her out alone when we are gone. We usually crate her so I'm unsure what would happen in that instance. She may just lay down and go to sleep as she is usually very calm and not anxious. She needs an experienced adopter, one that will be patient and willing to work with her on her training and with her shyness. If you have other animals, proper introductions and time to adjust are a must. We go by the 3,3,3 rule. 3 days to adjust and decompress(may hide or be fearful), 3 weeks to learn routine and show personality, (may test boundaries during this time) and 3 months to feel truly at home and build trust (gains confidence). I am confident that with time, patience and love she will be the most amazing addition to someone's family. She's just so well behaved, happy, playful and cuddly that I know anyone who has the pleasure of meeting her will love her like we do :) Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or want to set up a meet and greet.
