Tokyo is a precious 4-year-old Australian Shepherd with a loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted personality. She is obedient, protective, and incredibly smart. Tokyo walks beautifully both on and off leash—and truly prefers being off leash, where she thrives and stays right by her person’s side. She absolutely loves Frisbee and can happily play fetch for hours. She adores her adult owners and always wants to be close to them, making her a truly exceptional companion.
Sadly, Tokyo does not do well with toddlers or small children and becomes uncomfortable around them. She also does not get along with other dogs. Because of this, and due to our growing family—with a two-year-old, a new baby on the way, and another dog already in the home—we’ve made the heartbreaking decision to find her a new home where she can truly thrive.
We believe Tokyo would flourish in a home with older children (or adults only), where she can be the only pet and receive the attention and love she deserves. She would do best in a home where she is the center of attention and can form a close, devoted bond with her people.
