Windy

✨ Meet Windy ✨

Windy is a one-year-old Pit Bull with so much love to give! We are currently fostering her after her original owner was no longer able to care for her, and our goal is to find her the perfect forever home.

She is incredibly affectionate, loves belly rubs, and enjoys going on walks. She’s very treat motivated (anything bacon-related is her favorite!) and eager to learn. Windy is crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is currently working on sit, wait, leave it, and walking nicely on a leash. She’s smart, trainable, and thrives with consistency.

Windy would do best as a solo pet. She is reactive around other dogs and cats, so she’ll need an experienced, confident owner committed to continued training.

She is up to date on rabies (received this week). She previously received distemper/parvo vaccines and will be due for her 1-year DHPP booster (which might be complete by rehoming).

Windy is fun, loyal, and full of potential. We are committed to ensuring she goes to a responsible and loving home that understands her needs and is prepared to invest time in her continued development; however, we currently have a cat so we would like to see Windy in her forever home as soon as possible.

She will come with everything to get her started: new crate, dog bed, toys, harness, leash, and collar!

Please message if you think you could be the right fit for this sweet girl
