The Sweetest Girl Who Needs Love & Consistency
Wolfie is an incredibly sweet and social girl with very manageable special needs. She’s unbelievably affectionate. She loves being held over your shoulder, presses her face against yours when you sleep, and runs to the door to greet you when you come home. She doesn’t just want to be near you—she needs that connection. She loves to play hide-and-seek, where you both chase each other around the house. She's also incredibly adaptable--she's stayed with other cats, a dog, a young special needs child, and has no problem with car rides.
Wolfie has Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome, but with daily medication, she’s doing SO much better. Her ideal home would be a place where she’s not or rarely alone—a home with two or more people (or at least someone who works from home) and other (gentle) animals, especially cats, would be ideal. She thrives with consistent presence, because it helps keep her calm and distracted from a potential feline hyperesthesia episode.
She also needs someone who can keep her on a consistent routine—her medication is given twice a day, about 8 hours apart, and that structure has made such a positive difference in her life.
I’m madly in love with Wolfie and desperately want to keep her. But as a single woman who works in an office, I know she’s not getting what she needs to thrive. Wolfie would do best with someone who wants a deeply loving, constant companion—a true “cat person” who will give her lots of attention and affection. She’s come such a long way, and she deserves a home where she can feel safe and adored.
Wolfie will come with all her favorite toys, including a play tent, bubble backpack, vented backpack, carrier, automatic-play toys, etc, and cat tree depending on where her new forever home is.
