got Gary as a baby at the local rescue and she is dearly
loved, but due to a DV situation we will be homeless in 2 1/2 weeks. I am looking to try and rehome her. She is 4, fixed, vaccinated, litter trained, and good with cats and dogs.
I had placed her in a local rescue, and apparently she was too scared and hid when they were supposed to go on transport to Virginia. They She was there for almost 2 weeks. Needless to say she was pretty traumatized by the whole experience. She is happy and resetting her little nervous system with me
now, but my heart just breaks because if I can’t find a local rescue or rehoming option, the only option left will be the pound, and that will be so scary for her. I’m praying to find a loving and caring home that is will understand that she may take a bit to acclimate and feel safe.
