You will feel so loved by Denim. She is the sweetest, cuddliest girl, who is content with sitting next to you while you watch TV. She loves head and belly scratches and good food is her love language. She is 8 years old but you wouldn't be able to tell because of how energetic and strong she is! She gets so excited when it's time to go for a walk, it's her most favorite thing in the world! She would love to be with a family where she is an only pet-child and who can give her a routine, take her outside, play with her, and best of all, cuddle with her. Denim is eager to hear from you!

Denim loves to sunbathe outside! She will also happily just sit next to you while you work or watch TV, as long as you maintain some sort of physical contact! She gets very excited for walks too and is very food-motivated, so we like to give her toys and treats that also function as dental chews.

Our sweet Denim has had an altercation with a small dog previously, possibly due to a combination of excitement, stress, and anxiety. There was one day that she got out of the house and so did another dog that was small, and she bit it.

Denim doesn't need any hair cutting or nail trimming, but she will need a bath every 1-2 months.

We give her dental chews and brush her teeth at least twice a week! She will also likely need a professional cleaning done sometime soon.

Denim is very affectionate and such a loyal companion. She enters my room sometimes while I'm away at work and that's when I can tell she misses me.

I would want Denim to go to a family that will give her as much affection as she herself gives, a family that will walk her consistently, that will take care of her and bring her to her routine doctor appointments, train her when needed, and play with her as much as they can. The home ideally should have enough space for her to walk around and a backyard where she can get some sun.
Is there anything else you'd like your pet's new family to know?:
Denim is quite strong, so walking her will be difficult the first few times as she pulls on the leash until she gets trained not to.
