Dexter is a very hyperactive dog;he has absolutely no training. He likes to bark at people walking down the street. He jumps up onto the fence,though he has never actually escaped the yard. He is taken out for walk very rarely. There is another dog in the house,and when both of them start barking,they tend to fight. He is good with adult and children who live in the home;but I'm not sure how he would behave with outsiders. He needs someone who can dedicate time and training to him.
