As much as it pains me to write this we are in search of a better home for our 5 year old plott hound Geoffrey. He has not adjusted to our son, even with extensive dog training & we need a safer situation for them both. Separating them 24/7 is not ideal.
An ideal home for him would be no other pets or small children.
He is a very relaxed dog, walks great, amazing protector, & has had lots of obedience training. Beautiful & smart. We love him & want what’s best for him.
He is a hound dog so he does like to bark, but does respond well to his training collar. He hates delivery trucks & will make sure your house is well protected.
An ideal life would be somewhere he could spend his days outdoors & taking lots of naps. He does need regular exercise & loves to walk & hike.
He’s neutered & has all of his shots.
