Does your cat have any amusing or peculiar habits, like 'chattering' at birds through the window or fetching toys?: She fetches toys. Loves to go to the bathroom with you! Being a Bengal she ,”talks” a lot.

What is the most adorable thing about your cat?: She always greets me at the door and rolls and wants me to rub her belly

Medical History and Care:

Does your pet have any history of health issues or medical conditions that potential adopters should be aware of?: Not at this time. There were concerns at first, but the vet checked her out twice and she is in good health for her age.

Additional notes about your cat’s health history:: Interestingly, I thought she had several issues, but it appears that she is healthy and nothing detected now. There was a possible heart murmur but now it is undetected.

What criteria are important to you when considering an adoptive family or home for your pet?: She is hypoallergenic and some people who think they can’t have a cat could actually have her. As I discovered because I thought I could never have another cat due to my allergies. She really needs to be the only animal —at least at first. She was traumatized early in her life by other animals and cats.

Is there anything else you'd like your pet's new family to know?: As I stated, I think she initially needs to be the only animal in the home due to past trauma from other animals and cats.. She is hypoallergenic so someone who thinks they can’t have a cat could have this breed. I was surprised that I could have her and not be allergic.

Why are you rehoming your pet (primary reason)?: Cost of Pet Care

Details about rehoming reason (if needed): I’m on Social Security only so I’m feeding an expensive food to try and keep her healthy and avoid the vet so this is very hard on my budget but the primary reason I guess is because my anxiety has gotten so much worse. And at this point in my life, I need to just be responsible for myself myself. My cat, being a Bengal is very vocal, and that is also causing me problems with my anxiety.
