Cooper is a sensitive soul and can be a bit shy at first, but thrives with patience, love, and a gentle approach. Once he trusts you, his loyalty is unmatched. Cooper spent the last four years in a quiet home with a single owner. Before that he was in the New England Lab Rescue program.
Although Cooper typically walks at a slow meandering pace, he is a strong boy who gets excited when he sees bunnies on walks. He needs an owner who can confidently handle a large dog on a leash or a fenced in yard. He has thrived in a quiet, adult-only environment, so a peaceful home would be best.
