Muffin is the sweetest lady who we got at around age 11 from the shelter with her sister when we already had 3 cats. The listing told us she was good with other cats but unfortunately she is very scared of them. She is also scared of whenever we clean in the house, if there’s a loud noise, when she needs to be taken to the vet, etc. Sometimes when she gets scared she pees herself (mostly just if you try to vacuum in the same room she’s in or if you put her in the carrier to take her to the vet), no matter where she is sitting so anti-icky poo spray has become our friend. It absolutely breaks my heart to rehome her because I love her so much she is the sweetest and silliest kitty when she opens up. We’ve tried for two years to try and acclimate her and we’ve also used a cat behaviorist with some improvement, but then something scares her again and we start back over. I think she deserves to have a quieter home with no other pets where she can get all the love and attention she needs. She is an absolute lap cat who can’t get enough of pets and love. She has had some issues with her teeth, she’s had a few removed so we give her wet food but she is capable of eating dry food if she needs to. She also gets hairballs sometimes with her hair being medium length even with brushing. Otherwise she has no other health issues and loves to play and acts like a younger kitty than she is.
