Nano

MEET NANO — ONE OF OUR UNDERDOGZ

We pulled this handsome boy from the euthanasia list knowing very little about his past. Since then, Nano has spent several months in an extensive professional board-and-train program — and he has thrived.

He's incredibly smart, athletic, loyal and, once you're his person, wonderfully snuggly. And Nano LOVES to play! He wants to run, have fun and enjoy life — something we're finally getting to see more and more of.

Nano is one of our UnderDogZ because he needs someone willing to understand him. He thrives with structure, consistency and a person who will continue the work he's already accomplished.

Nano would do best in a home without cats. With other dogs, mindful, slow introductions are important. Given the opportunity to get comfortable and acquainted properly, Nano enjoys playing and having canine friends.

He's not looking for perfection.

He's looking for someone committed enough to give him the time to settle in, build trust and show you who he really is.

And for that person? I think Nano is going to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime dogs. ❤️

Nano has already done so much of the work.

Now he just needs someone willing to say:

“Your past doesn't scare me. Let's build your future.”

There is nothing I'd love more than to bring this boy closer to home. Maybe his forever person — or the foster who helps him get here — is one of my neighbors.

Please share Nano. His person could be one connection away.
