Madam

Affectionate, chatty senior kitty

I adopted Madam from the Northeast Animal Shelter and am attempting to rehome her because she and my 12-year-old cat do not get along, and I don't want to take her back to the shelter.

Madam is the sweetest cat! She is very affectionate, loves to be around people, and is very snuggly. She is great with my kids and loves to play. Madam offers the companionship of a dog - she loves constant attention. Madam is 11 years old and has diabetes. She needs daily medication, in pill form (no injections). Her recent labs show the medication is working well, and her shots are all up to date. I have plenty of food, automatic feeder, water fountain, litter box, and toys I'm happy to donate to a new home.

Madam would be best as a single cat, ideally with someone or a family who is home regularly and is willing to play with her and pet/brush her daily. I love this cat and want to be sure she goes to a good home. I'm happy for you to meet her before you decide to adopt her!
