Meet Marshmallow | Rehome With Love

I’m really pained to make this post as a doggo is always a friend that I’ve wanted.

I adopted this beauty, Marshmallow. She is 1 and is extremely nice, playful and loves to cuddle.

Why am I looking to rehome her?

She needs an experienced dog owner. She doesn’t bark, or destroy things but she requires someone with more experience and time to actually invest in her. I struggle with her attachment issues and some commands. She is good on walks with redirection if needed. She’s needs yard space and a loving family.

She’s really playful and will need a family who can help her burn her energy, I cannot. When I adopted her, she was brought in as under weight, extremely clean and is up to date on her vaccines. I am willing to provide her paper work and give the food that I have as well as her leash and collar.

She is spayed so no need to worry there.

She really is a great girl but….. after I got to know her a bit more, my lifestyle will NOT work. I would not recommend a home with children yet as she doesn’t know NOT to bite when she wants to play. She doesn’t jump or anything even when I hold my the food up etc.

She is chipped so if there is a way to transfer that I’m more than willing to work it out. I really just want what’s best for her and surrendering her back to the shelter is almost guaranteed euthanasia….

What's the most endearing thing about your dog?: She is super sweet, a literal cuddle bug and would serve best as a family dog. She’s just the sweetest, friendliest thing.

The family must have vet references to ensure she gets the care she needs. No small children unless the adults are experienced as she gets really excited

Details about rehoming reason (if needed): I cannot care for her. I’d be doing her a disservice by keeping her. After she got comfortable I realized the type of home that she needs and it’s not with me.
