Alamo and Margo have lived together their whole lives and we're hoping they can stay together. I moved back to Chicago to be near family and I'm on my own now with two dogs and a cat in the city. I've spent months trying to make it work, including a week of board-and-train for Margo, but I can't give them the life they deserve.
Alamo is 7 (born Jan 2019), a terrier mix, around 50 lbs. Gentle, mellow guy. Calm on walks, great with other dogs, shy for the first day and then your best friend. He does best on a consistent diet.
Margo is 6 (born July 2020), a pug, around 20 lbs. Total velcro dog. Affectionate, portable, happiest curled up next to her person. She just finished a week of professional training and her leash manners have come a long way. She's still working on minor leash reactivity.
Both are fixed, crate trained, and housetrained. They sleep in their crates and settle fine when left alone. They love daycare and are great with other dogs off leash. They grew up with room to roam, so a yard or a quieter neighborhood would be their dream. They come with their crates, harnesses, and supplies, and I'll help with the transition however I can.
I'd love yearly pictures or updates. And if you're in the Chicago area, I'd be happy to board them once in a while when you travel.
